2) Is it possible to send work by e-mail or fax for a document which I need as a sworn translation?
Yes, however it will be mentioned in the document that this is of a copy sent by e-mail or fax.
Official certificates, judicial certificates, birth certificates, and documents such as contracts which are signed, cannot be sent by e-mail with official validity. In these cases we will accept the e-mail or fax document to start the translation or version, with the purpose of speeding up the process.

3) What is the lead time for a translation?
The delivery time depends directly upon the type and the size of the document, as well as the language to be translated.
For a volume of up to 10,000 words, the usual delivery period is from 2 to 3 working days.

4) What is the difference between a translation and a version?
Translation is the text or document that is in a foreign language and it needs to be transcribed into the native language, in our case the Brazilian Portuguese. e.g.: English to Portuguese.
A version is our Brazilian Portuguese native language to any other foreign language. Example: Portuguese for English.
